FREE Christmas Cards!? Yes please!

Get 50 free Christmas cards from Shutterfly!
Since Hannah has arrived I have made announcements and a photo book of her first month. I am so excited to have Christmas cards with pictures of Hannah(which we are getting taken the weekend after Thanksgiving) and send out to our family and friends. There is nothing like getting a Christmas card with a baby! Especially since most of the people getting the cards have yet to see her because they live out of town.
Not to mention, I love getting the orange shutterfly boxes in the mail... it just brightens my day!
Also I love it when we use our discover card, we get a free photo book for in the future! And we can use the awesome coupons we get in the mail from them! LOVE IT
This is the birth announcement we went with:

What Christmas card should we use this year?

I'm BAAACCCKKKK

I feel more like myself again, I am back to my doing one of my favorite things... COOKING and experimenting with new recipes and foods.
I am really excited for the next couple of weeks, I have decided to try something new with my menus. I have made out a menu for a month at a time so that I can get items as they go on sale. I am also going to start shopping weekly instead of bi-weekly. I hope I don't completely blow the budget since I will be going shopping twice as much. I am doing this to create some type of consistency since Hannah will not be with me all the time.

Last weekend I purchased a sewing machine and this week JoAnn's just so happened to have fabric and patterns on sale! I am so excited to learn how to use this sewing machine and start making some fabulous things for Hannah, our home, and myself!
**I have to learn how to use it because I have never used such a nice and new sewing machine
Pictures to come of the items I will be making

UPDATE

WOOOHOOO I finally made time to update pictures and what is going on!
Well I am not just a little over 28 weeks. Hannah is a mover! She is constantly letting me know she is in there and ready to change our lives. I think one of the funniest/ craziest things is she does not like anything touching her space. Even if I am resting my hands on my belly, she starts kicking and moving to get me to move my hands off her space.

Alex finally finished up Trilogy, so we are going to have a day long date day to celebrate! So excited to have my husband back! We are getting really excited for September although we can't believe it is already July... it's crazy how fast time goes. Ok on to the pictures:

Week 20

So this week I have started to feel the baby kicking so much more and a little harder... CRAZY. Last Monday I had my 5 month sonogram. We chose not to find out the sex of the baby at the appointment... 1. Alex couldn't be there 2. We didn't want to find out in a little room with someone we didn't know there to share the moment with us. So We had the lady circle boy or girl on a card and I took it to my good friend Becca and she is making us this lovely cake that will tell us if it's a boy or a girl based on the color of the cake (tune in next week for those pictures).

This week Alex and I signed up to do the Heart Walk on the 22nd. It's a 4 mile walk to benefit the American Heart Association. It should be fun. I am working my way up to walking 4 consectuative miles, right now I am at 2 miles in a little less than an hour.

Ok enough of the chit chat here's some pictures... I love it how Alex makes me be all serious in my pictures lol

A year later

WOW so I haven't looked at this thing in over a year. How things have changed... how my heart has changed.

I have decided to start blogging again to update friends on the belly pictures and what's going on.

I am officially 5 months pregnant this week and I started feeling the baby kick. Baby Waymond kicks softly but hard enough to get my attention at all the wrong times...usually when I am not feeling well or trying to sleep.

Since we have began purchasing and having things purchased for us, this whole pregnancy is starting to feel a little more real. I came home from shopping with my Grandma last night and just sat on the cough thinking, "OMG I am going to be a mom...what when did I grow up?" Somethings I feel like I am still 14.

So this is for Galaa mainly but here are some pictures from week 18!
